Scope of Work: Element Smart Roofing completed the following items.

• Supply and Install 60mil PVC Over Main Roof, Elevator/Mechanical Room, Level 6
  Terrace, South Side (L2) Roof Maintenance Path & Metal Roof Over Concrete Ledge

• Supply and Install Duro-Weave Vapor Barrier Over Decking

• Supply and Install 1/2” DensDeck Roof Board

• Supply and Install Average R-38 PolyIso

• Supply and Install 3/8” Tapered Insulation

• Supply and Install Fully Adhered 60 mil Duro-Tuff PVC (Includes: Slip Sheet, Screws,Plates, HVAC Curbs, Stacks, Caulking)

• Duro-Grip CR-20 Adhesive

• 1010 sq ft of Roof Trac III Walkway Pads (Safety Striping)

• Roof Post Anchors

• Supply and Install 20g Coping Metal. All coping metal shall be pre-finished. Provide standard metal colors for approval.

• Supply and Install Drains with Overflow

• Supply and Install 24 gauge Standing Seam (Concrete Ledge) with all Flashing Details, HTS Ice and Water, and 2” of XPS Rigid Insulation

• 20 YR Manufacturer NDL Warranty
